MHFA England (Mental Health First Aid) are on a mission to train one in ten of the population in England in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) skills – because we all have mental health.

Mental health education empowers people to care for themselves and others. By reducing stigma through understanding, we hope to break down barriers to the support that people may need to stay well, recover, or manage their symptoms – to thrive in learning, work and life.

Lead trainer Christine Moran has over 20 years experience in therapeutic, teaching, training, writing and consulting roles connected with children and young people in a variety of settings including education, charity and local authority. As well as running Positive Energy Being, Christine runs trainings for many high profile organisations including Mind, Time to Change, Public Health England and OCD Action. At Positive Energy Being we place wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We focus on empowering others to understand, accept, support, and reach their potential.
