Firstly, an important update

We take our responsibility about your personal data seriously. Changes in law requires us to check that you’re happy to carry on hearing from us occasionally about our mental health and wellbeing services and campaigns. We love that we can keep you in the occasional loop.

The new General Data Protection Regulation comes into force on Friday 25th May. Please contact if you would like to change your preferences. Thank you.

It’s that time of year again. Maybe you are feeling the pressure of exams or maybe it’s all going well. Either way these free audio tracks will help keep the mind    and body focused and relaxed which helps with the retention, energy and stamina needed. The skills and strategies build across the tracks so it is best to start at track 1 and listen to each in turn.
